Production Designer

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; primarily onsite at the corporate headquarters. Occasional visits to the manufacturing floor may involve dust, fumes, loud noises, and forklift traffic.

What you will do

• Design digital assets, email campaigns, TV and digital screen graphics, print materials, flyers, signage, and promotional merchandise.
• Produce accurate, accessible, on-brand, and production-ready content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Adapt designs for multiple languages and localization requirements.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent small-to-medium design requests and reprioritize work as business needs change.
• Maintain organized graphic resources, templates, and files for reuse.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and troubleshoot print, email, screen, and file-format requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, accessibility, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy across concurrent requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift materials up to 10 pounds.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of professional design experience.
• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite or UX/UI design.
• Experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
• Familiarity with digital publishing, print production, and content management systems.
