TL;DR
Senior PAS-X Solution Consultant (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/MES): Supporting the design, integration, standardization, testing, and deployment of a global PAS-X MES template across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites with an accent on Werum PAS-X, SAP integration, and Electronic Batch Records. Focus on designing Master Batch Records, integrating PAS-X with SAP WM/EWM, validating regulated GxP systems, and supporting multi-site rollout and hypercare.

What you will do

  • Act as the PAS-X subject matter expert across global pharmaceutical manufacturing programs.
  • Design, implement, standardize, test, validate, and deploy global PAS-X template solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technical partners to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Support process design using ARIS and testing activities using HP ALM.
  • Contribute to end-to-end testing, deployment, hypercare, and alignment with manufacturing governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X, including Master Batch Record design, Electronic Batch Records, weighing and dispensing, material flow, label management, master data, workflows, equipment management, and batch record review.
  • Experience integrating PAS-X with SAP WM and/or SAP EWM, including PAS-X MSI and APIs.
  • Experience with PAS-X reporting, data extraction, PAS-X PDA, enterprise reporting platforms, data lakes, and Power BI.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISA-95, GxP, and Computer System Validation.
  • Ability to work with global cross-functional teams and support multi-site manufacturing rollouts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft.
  • Experience in large-scale digital manufacturing transformation programs.
  • Exposure to manufacturing operations across multiple international sites.
