Senior Software Engineer (PHP)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid workplace

Salary: 131–179 PLN/hour + VAT on B2B, or 18,260–24,900 PLN gross on a permanent contract

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from refinement through production.
• Design and build applications and integration systems with architects and business stakeholders.
• Develop distribution channels connecting travel partners with the marketplace through APIs, white-label solutions, and tailored integrations.
• Build AI-driven solutions and integrations.
• Choose technologies based on data and experience, and contribute to technical and architectural standards.
• Mentor teammates and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• Senior software engineering experience with PHP.
• Experience working with SQL databases, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Ability to work across greenfield microservices and mature monoliths.
• Experience taking ownership of the full product development life cycle.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
