What you will do

• Drive improvements and adoption of the cyber resilience and recovery framework, aligning requirements with standards, regulations, and enterprise risk objectives.
• Develop and maintain recovery blueprints, dependency mapping approaches, testing methodologies, recovery requirements, and resilience strategies.
• Provide independent second-line oversight, challenge, and assurance across cyber resilience, business continuity, and recovery capabilities.
• Define and oversee risk-based resilience and recovery testing using risk assessments, data-driven insights, and business impact analyses.
• Coordinate cross-sector business continuity and recovery exercises for cyber disruptions and recommend improvements.
• Advise business and IT stakeholders, lead capability maturity initiatives, and produce risk, resilience, and assurance reporting for executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business economics, risk management, information management, cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
• Extensive experience in risk management, cyber resilience, business continuity, or recovery management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
• Strong understanding of cyber resilience, business continuity, IT recovery, disaster recovery, and recovery management.
• Experience influencing, advising, coaching, and challenging senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and related security, resilience, and continuity frameworks.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CBCI, or equivalent.
