Acquiring Apprentice

What you will do

• Organize and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for acquiring partners across LATAM.
• Consolidate, review, and monitor partner information, identifying missing data and inconsistencies.
• Follow up with partners and internal teams to collect, clarify, and complete required information.
• Document processes, responsibilities, required information, and workflow steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual activities using available tools.

Requirements

• Must be located in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Must be available to start the productive stage.
• Must be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, strong organization, and interest in working with numbers and data.
• Proactive approach and strong assertive communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
