Business Analyst with Airtable Experience (Airtable)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany, and available to work from the office occasionally

hirify.global provides technology services for a global entertainment client operating an enterprise-grade Airtable ecosystem.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and data structures.
• Design and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations.
• Support integrations between Airtable and internal or external systems using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Identify process and data issues, propose improvements, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage tasks independently from requirements gathering through implementation and document processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin, Germany, with availability to work from the office
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable.
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience designing and maintaining Airtable databases and relational structures.
• Knowledge of Airtable formulas, views, automations, and data-quality practices.
• Experience with integrations and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
