Salary: $18.50–$36.50 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Support financial activities related to business acquisition proposals and program execution.
• Set up, validate, and generate complex customer invoices.
• Process invoices according to contract terms and conditions.
• Provide daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support audits, cash application, research, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Work is based in Rochester, New York, US.
• Some positions may require the ability to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to US citizens.
