PMO Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the integrated master plan across ERP, TMS, planning, and broader Finance initiatives.
• Run weekly governance meetings, coordinate dependencies and resources, and prepare Steering Committee materials.
• Act as the central PMO for Finance and support the CFO and Finance Transformation Lead with chief-of-staff activities.
• Coordinate change, training, communication, adoption, and readiness plans across Finance.
• Maintain RAID registers and oversee scope, budget, decision, and benefits tracking.
• Govern AI and automation initiatives, including predictive analytics, reconciliations, and chatbots.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of project or portfolio management experience in Finance or ERP, TMS, or EPM programs.
• Experience with multi-country, multi-vendor transformations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP certification, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, project financials, vendor management, and testing lifecycles.
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel or Power BI dashboards, and RAID tracking.
• Structured communication skills and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and drive accountability without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of RPA, machine learning, and emerging finance automation tools.
