What you will do

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of VAVE programs throughout their project lifecycles.
• Track schedules, budgets, activities, action items, deliverables, and requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management practices and analyze program risks.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating problems appropriately.
• Prepare accurate and timely program status reports and assess opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, external customers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, engineering, or a related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment and achieve defined goals.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment.
