What you will do

• Lead the creation of web experiences and marketing pages focused on customer engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers to create high-quality interfaces.
• Translate research and concepts into explorations, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to new and existing design systems.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, data, and technical constraints.
• Analyze data to support brand strategy, product growth, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design quality, standards, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of how web design integrates with code; HTML and CSS are essential.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for consumer-facing websites and marketing goals.
• Ability to design for progressive enhancement, graceful degradation, reduced motion, slow connections, failed loads, and empty or error states.
• Awareness of information architecture, W3C standards, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to collaborate openly and demonstrate a history of successful cross-functional partnerships.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and JSON.
• Ability to write production-ready code.
