Customer Delivery Specialist (Integrated Solutions)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for integrated card payment solutions for corporate clients.
• Manage integrations with ECR, unattended terminals, cash register providers, and Horeca systems.
• Translate client business needs into technical requirements and coordinate sales, product, and client stakeholders.
• Support tenders, solution design, pre-sales activities, and client presentations.
• Provide project management and onsite support during pilots, installations, and initial rollouts.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with international colleagues and industry partners to expand solution compatibility.

Requirements

• Experience deploying and integrating solutions for B2B clients.
• Understanding of solution deployment, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, client relationship, and project management skills.
• Experience in Horeca, unattended or self-service, or cash register provider industries is highly valued.
• Very good English required.
• Availability to travel when required.
