Senior Cloud Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Manila Net Park Office, Manila, Philippines; flexible work schedule with available work-from-home arrangements.

What you will do

• Design, build, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and monitor cloud security solutions and platforms.
• Own security tools and processes for continuous risk identification, prevention, detection, and remediation.
• Assess cloud and technology designs against security standards, frameworks, and best practices, recommending appropriate controls.
• Lead compliance efforts across application, integration, and infrastructure teams in collaboration with governance, operations, and audit.
• Establish security testing standards with a focus on continuous automated testing using AI.
• Support incident response investigations, triage, containment, eradication, and security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferably in security, administration, or operations.
• Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, integrations, databases, storage, compute, and common cloud services.
• Basic cybersecurity experience in technology design, implementation, and operations.
• Awareness of OWASP, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, and related security standards and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required, including the ability to communicate business risks and remediation plans.

Nice to have

• Experience hardening Windows and Linux systems, applications, and devices.
• Knowledge of containers, orchestration, APIs, modern SDLC, cloud logs, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• DevSecOps experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, or Open Policy Agent.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, identity and access management, WAF, network segmentation, EDR, threat intelligence, or security orchestration platforms.
