Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within Portugal; the role is part of a global team. The Lisbon office is available as a workspace.

What you will do

• Create on-brand assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
• Design printed materials for events and other brand touchpoints, preparing accurate production files for suppliers.
• Develop imagery and visual concepts from initial ideas and art direction through final execution.
• Use AI image-generation tools and prompting techniques to create imagery that fits the brief and brand.
• Collaborate remotely with global marketing, sales, and wider organizational teams to turn briefs into effective visual work.
• Maintain consistent design quality across channels while making the brand more distinctive and effective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in-house or at an agency, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong digital and print work.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with print production requirements and preparing files for suppliers.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI image generation and prompt writing, with sound judgment in evaluating image quality and suitability.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, communication, workload management, and working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in developing imagery, shaping visual concepts, or providing art direction.
