Junior Graphic Designer

What you will do

• Create and adapt presentations, social media graphics, carousels, email and blog visuals, and internal communications.
• Support the production of playbooks, case studies, datasheets, sales materials, and event assets using approved content and templates.
• Apply layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and brand guidelines to create clear and consistent materials.
• Prepare editable source files and final exports for digital and print requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply feedback accurately to future assignments.
• Maintain organized files, version control, reusable assets, and template libraries using tools such as Notion, SharePoint, HubSpot, WordPress, and AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field, completed or in the final semesters.
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid foundation in design principles and brand identity, supported by portfolio experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn AI-powered design tools, HubSpot, WordPress, Notion, and collaboration platforms.
• Must be located in Brazil for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma and WordPress for layout or component-based design.
• Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic animation skills using After Effects.
