Graphic Designer (AI): Creating print and digital visual assets for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate communications with an accent on translating complex unmanned-system technology into clear, consistent graphics. Focus on developing visual concepts, preparing print-ready artwork, applying brand guidelines, and using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
Location: Gilching, Bayern, Germany. On-site role with the option to work remotely one flexible day per week.

What you will do
- Develop visual concepts and create print and digital assets for campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate communications.
- Design brochures, advertisements, posters, presentations, sales materials, exhibition graphics, and online marketing assets.
- Translate complex products and technical information into clear graphics, infographics, layouts, and visual communications.
- Apply and evolve the visual identity across channels in collaboration with brand, creative, marketing, product marketing, and photo/video colleagues.
- Edit and retouch images, adapt designs to different formats, and create reusable templates.
- Prepare print-ready artwork, coordinate production with suppliers, and manage projects from brief to final delivery.
Requirements
- Qualification in graphic design, media design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, typography, and layout across print and digital formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of composition, colour, visual hierarchy, prepress, colour management, and asset preparation.
- Experience turning marketing briefs and complex information into clear visual communication while working within brand guidelines.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted creative tools, including sound judgement regarding quality, confidentiality, and usage rights.
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, motion design, or video editing.
- Interest in technology and unmanned systems.
