Senior Deep Learning Researcher (AI)

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel; hybrid workplace

Company

Develop autonomous driving technologies, including systems for accident prevention and semi- and fully autonomous vehicles.

What you will do

• Design and train large-scale, multi-task neural networks powering autonomous driving systems.
• Develop end-to-end deep learning pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Design novel architectures and apply advanced deep learning training techniques.
• Optimize models for hirify.global's custom EyeQ chip and tight hardware constraints.
• Work with software and hardware teams to turn research into production-ready systems.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline; exceptional MSc candidates may be considered.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing deep learning algorithms in Python.
• Experience building end-to-end deep learning pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a research-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in deep learning or software development.
• Familiarity with hardware-aware model optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Publications or contributions in deep learning, neural architecture search, knowledge distillation, or multi-task learning.
