What you will do

• Own enterprise proof-of-concepts from start to finish, delivering accurate results on schedule.
• Build templates, automate workflows, and scale best practices to make POC delivery more efficient.
• Answer technical questions and create solutions using data providers, APIs, CRM integrations, Waterfalls, and hirify.globalgent.
• Partner with GTM Engineers and sales teams as the technical counterpart throughout enterprise deals.
• Help enterprise customers solve complex go-to-market challenges and unlock the capabilities of hirify.global.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate product opportunities, bugs, and feature requests to engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, RevOps, or a technical customer experience role.
• Experience systematizing, templating, automating, and scaling Solutions Engineering work.
• Strong working knowledge of hirify.global, including Waterfalls, APIs, CRM integrations, and hirify.globalgent.
• Deep understanding of RevOps and enterprise sales workflows.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to explain technical details in terms of business impact.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and collaboration skills.
