Focus on analyzing FX and commodity impacts, negotiating budgets, developing procurement methodologies, and leading a distributed finance team.

What you will do
- Own the Global Procurement P&L and provide consolidated financial visibility to the Chief Procurement Officer.
- Analyze procurement financial performance, including foreign exchange and commodity impacts, across approximately $11bn of spend.
- Review Global Category Led contracts and support the GCL team with financial analysis.
- Manage the financial review of ESG commitments and contracts, including progress against financial and performance goals.
- Guide annual operational planning, strategic planning, three-year planning, benchmarking, and budget negotiations.
- Lead, develop, and train 2 direct reports and 5 indirect reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
- 10 years of experience in operations or corporate finance.
- Experience working in a CPG company in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling.
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, data simplification, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA.
- Experience in public accounting, investment banking, or consulting.
