Solutions Delivery Manager (Aerospace)

Location: On-site deployment in Bordeaux, France for the full duration of the mission; close cooperation with the Satair Solutions Delivery team in Hamburg.

What you will do

• Lead the local team delivering Integrated Material Services and manage day-to-day operations.
• Integrate IMS services into customer operations and maintain effective information flow across Satair, Airbus, and the supply chain.
• Manage customer stakeholders, respond to operational requests, and coordinate internal Airbus and Satair functions.
• Support programme ramp-up, fleet integration, operational KPI monitoring, and customer delivery performance.
• Provide input for budgets and forecasts while supporting continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Recruit, instruct, and train team members while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and people-performance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in aviation aftermarket operations.
• English and French at negotiation level.
• Knowledge of aviation spares support, supply chain management, aircraft maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Experience with SAP, preferably the SD module, Spec2000, Microsoft Excel, and large-scale data analysis.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
