Associate / Senior Associate, AI Workflows

hirify.global is a Nordic startup building an end-to-end platform for M&A analysis using verified private company data and integrations with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

What you will do

• Define and build standard and client-specific AI workflows for M&A analysis.
• Use AI tools and large language models in daily analytical work to improve speed and quality.
• Plan and run client workshops and meetings.
• As a Senior Associate, help shape the workflow offering with the Head of AI Workflows.
• Develop the AI PMO process and co-develop workflows with clients in a forward-deployed engineering model.
• As the team grows, take ownership of a larger workflow area or client segment and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a comparable analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools, including large language models, in analytical work.
• Structured problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in parallel and prioritize under time pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a university degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Finnish language skills.
