Location: Remote from the Philippines; workdays are 8 am to 5 pm PST, with flexible hours potentially available after the initial probationary period.

What you will do

• Write original content using answer-first formatting, semantic structuring, and clear entity signals for AI citation and traditional search ranking.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity for research, structuring, drafting, and quality refinement at an advanced level.
• Create blogs, service pages, product pages, press releases, page titles, and meta descriptions across multiple industries and client voices.
• Audit existing content for AI readiness and improve GEO/AEO performance through restructuring.
• Optimize header hierarchy, internal linking, structured data alignment, and other on-page elements.
• Fact-check AI-generated drafts and ensure accuracy, brand voice, editorial quality, and alignment with client services and credentials.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of SEO-driven content creation at a marketing agency or in-house team.
• Portfolio containing content cited or surfaced by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews.
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, entity-based SEO, topical authority, schema markup, and structured data.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and an understanding of how large language models process, extract, and cite content.
• Exceptional American English grammar, spelling, editorial, self-editing, fact-checking, and conversion-focused writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects, work independently and collaboratively, and respond constructively to feedback.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
