What you will do

• Plan and procure raw materials to support production requirements using materials requirements planning systems and other planning tools.
• Create and maintain requisitions, purchase orders, acknowledgements, and related purchasing records.
• Review open requirements and vendor performance, expediting materials when necessary.
• Analyze inventory levels in response to changing customer demand and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve delivery, quality, service, pricing, and invoice issues.
• Support supply chain objectives by balancing material availability and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• English at B2 level required; C1 preferred.
• At least one year of experience in material planning and purchasing preferred.
• Solid understanding of materials operations, materials planning, and inventory control in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Results-oriented approach with problem-solving and change implementation skills.
• Intermediate or proficient use of Microsoft Office.
