Location: Onsite at the Nikkiso Cryogenic Services Customer Center in Waterfall, South Africa

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases provides cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, process systems, services, and solutions for the LNG and industrial gases industries.
What you will do
- Lead the Aftermarket Services Customer Center and develop strategies for profitable revenue and EBIT growth.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, customer support, scheduling, job delivery, inventory, and workshop operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, labor planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, workshop utilization, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain facility and equipment operations, documentation, quality systems, safety processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, recruit, develop, and motivate administrative, customer service, and workshop teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, aftermarket operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, resource management, and project timelines.
- Proven ability to develop operational strategies and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Experience with problem solving, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, 6S, and legal or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; cryogenic equipment and industrial aftermarket experience is highly desired.
