Design Office Manager (Formwork/Scaffolding)

Location: Centurion, South Africa; onsite role at the Centurion branch.

What you will do

• Manage the Design Office and lead a team of Civil Design Engineers.
• Organize the complete formwork and scaffolding design process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Check and approve designs, including project sign-off where required.
• Provide technical consultation to clients and the Sales Department through meetings, calls, email, and site services.
• Participate in resource planning, project progress reviews, and technical negotiations.
• Train, mentor, and develop Design Engineers, Engineering Designers, and Design Draughtsmen.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of formwork or scaffolding exhirify.globalence.
• Exhirify.globalence leading people, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High knowledge of hirify.globalCAD and CAD; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional registration or demonstrable progress toward PrEng, PrTEch, or PrTechni registration.
• Fluent English, a valid driving license, and exhirify.globalence in draughting or construction.
