  • 5+ years of experience designing electronics for harsh environments and mission-critical applications such as launch vehicles, spacecraft, aircraft, or robotics.
  • Experience with hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and data analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional engineering experience developing integrated electronics systems.
  • Deep understanding of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching, transmission lines, link budgets, RF propagation, and antenna theory.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of GNSS receiver systems, PVT calculation, satellite tracking and acquisition, error sources, and RF front-end architecture.
  • Understanding of RF communication systems, modulation schemes, channel coding, and bit error rate analysis.
  • Experience combining GPS, IMU, magnetometer, altimeter, and LiDAR data for navigation solutions.
  • Experience with high-speed serial and memory interfaces, SoCs, microcontrollers, and microprocessors.

Culture & Benefits

  • High ownership and autonomy across avionics design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and operations.
  • Close collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and test teams with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.

Hiring process
