Senior Producer (CGI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global Chicago office in the United States

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD annually, depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, video, and post-production.
• Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Lead estimating, budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with creatives, CGI artists, photographers, retouchers, filmmakers, clients, finance, and client service teams.
• Coordinate freelance resources, external providers, suppliers, project documentation, and production capacity across global studios.
• Develop production best practices and manage, coach, and lead production artists and direct reports.

Requirements

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging-focused agency.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing pre-production, post-production, or video shoots.
• Ability to create and review statements of work, identify project risks, and prepare indicative budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ShotGrid, Jira, or Trello.

• Experience with video content production and shooting.
• Experience in a brand or packaging-centric agency environment.
