What you will do

• Architect and build scalable data infrastructure to support rapid growth from thousands to millions of users.
• Develop sophisticated analytics pipelines for real-time sleep tracking and ML-powered personalization.
• Partner with leadership to translate complex data into clear growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Build reliable growth infrastructure to process customer behavior and revenue metrics.
• Ensure operational excellence through automated dashboards and high-performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade data platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Expertise in data modeling, warehousing (star schemas, OBT), and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to design both batch and streaming architectures for massive scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
