Requirements

• 6+ years building production data platforms that support high-stakes decision-making at scale.
• Mastery of modern data stack: SQL, Python, DBT, Snowflake.
• Proven track record designing both batch and streaming architectures that handle massive scale.
• Cross-functional leadership experience to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Obsession with quality and reliability, building systems with monitoring and testing.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and warehousing.
