Clinical Specialist (Interventional Technologies)

Location: US CA Remote; assigned territory coverage may require travel for clinical cases and customer education.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential sales incentives or annual bonus and long-term incentives depending on the role.

What you will do

• Provide clinical sales support and case coverage for Vascade, EnsoETM, and future interventional products.
• Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, nurses, technicians, and allied health staff during product use, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Demonstrate how clinical data, product features, and therapy solutions support patient outcomes and customer goals.
• Coordinate local education and training programs, including procedural support and staff education.
• Partner with Account Managers, Regional Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Teams to support product adoption, account needs, inventory monitoring, and sales objectives.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and communicate account insights, competitive information, and opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training in health science.
• Typically 2+ years of direct healthcare experience in areas such as a cath lab, interventional radiology, electrophysiology, vascular care, or cardiac surgery.
• Strong clinical orientation and ability to communicate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage schedules and territory coverage independently.
• Knowledge of medical devices, clinical evidence, relevant disease states, product positioning, competitive products, and customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Nice to have

• Medical device industry experience, particularly in the cardiovascular space.
• RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant registration or certification.
• Experience with vessel closure and clinical education or training for healthcare staff.
