Radar Systems Engineer V

Location: Moorestown, New Jersey, United States. The position is contingent upon contract award.

What you will do

• Support radar programs across analysis, requirements development, architecture definition, modeling, verification planning, and subsystem integration.
• Design, assess, and validate advanced radar capabilities, including signal processing, AESA radar functions, beam-forming concepts, and end-to-end system performance.
• Develop, decompose, analyze, and trace system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Conduct MATLAB-based modeling, simulation, and technical analysis.
• Participate in integration, verification, validation, and test activities.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, systems integration, and test teams to evaluate performance and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience supporting complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Experience with system requirements, architecture, trade studies, technical baselines, and engineering documentation.
• Experience with MATLAB for modeling, simulation, and technical analysis.
• Experience supporting integration, verification, validation, and testing.
• Ability to work in secure, multidisciplinary engineering environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with MBSE and system architecture tools.
• Familiarity with DOORS/DNG, Cameo, Rhapsody, or similar tools.
• Experience in radar, RF/EW, sensor, communications, or other complex defense-related environments.
• Exposure to Python, C++, Simulink, or related engineering tools.
