North America Operations Site Leader (Precision Agriculture)

What you will do

• Launch and operate hirify.global’s first North American operations center.
• Design workflows for inventory, assembly, installations, testing, shipping, facility layout, tooling, and equipment.
• Perform hands-on assembly and installation while leading installation teams and improving efficiency.
• Establish quality management, inspection, testing, validation, and corrective-action processes.
• Manage inventory, inbound materials, outbound shipments, production planning, and supplier improvement.
• Recruit, coach, and develop operations personnel and create dealer installation training, manuals, standards, and certification programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, agricultural equipment, operations, or a related industry.
• Experience building teams and operational processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience assembling or servicing complex equipment.
• Demonstrated success with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience with inventory management and production planning.
• Ability to work onsite at the operations facility in Salina, Kansas, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or precision agriculture technologies.
• Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Quality management systems, facility startup, greenfield operations, ERP, or inventory management systems experience.
