Imaging Research Associate I (Clinical Imaging)

What you will do

• Coordinate site and operational activities throughout the clinical imaging study lifecycle, including study start-up and preparation of study materials.
• Follow up on site qualification documentation and schedule logistical and technical training for site personnel.
• Create test-run requests and review, process, track, and monitor digital study data submitted by sites.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, perform logistical edit checks, and report issues in study systems.
• Perform image quality control activities in accordance with SOPs and study protocols.
• Manage site communications, prepare reports and queries, support project administration, and maintain accurate study database information.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in bioscience, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases.
• Ability to navigate computer networks and manage electronic files.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and deadlines, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
