SMB Customer Success Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico; must work Eastern time zone business hours.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
• Drive product adoption, enable customer success at scale, and support long-term retention and growth.
• Lead regular business reviews and guide high-impact customer conversations.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer needs and collaborate with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities and share best practices.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico and available to work Eastern time zone business hours.
• At least one year of customer success or customer support experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet KPIs and targets and execute multiple tasks with deadlines.
