Customer Solution Associate (AI): Configuring and supporting customized Avature SaaS solutions while managing customer assignments from case creation to resolution with an accent on customer requirements, reporting, configuration transfers, and QA testing. Focus on analyzing client needs, coordinating with account managers and internal teams, and using AI tools to improve day-to-day work.
Location: Bulgaria; open to candidates based in Sofia. Flexible remote work is combined with in-person collaboration one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do
- Understand customer needs and identify how the platform can be tailored to meet them.
- Collaborate with account managers to define assignment scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Manage assignments from case creation through resolution while coordinating with other teams.
- Configure customized solutions, including moving configurations from test environments to production.
- Analyze and create relevant reports and run QA tests to verify solution quality.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passion for technology and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Interest in staying current with emerging AI capabilities.
- Ability to be based in Sofia and attend the nearest office one day per week.
