What you will do

• Set ambitious research goals and define project roadmaps.
• Organize, lead, and support a research team working toward clear objectives.
• Contribute directly to research in language and speech models, machine listening, computer vision, or world models.
• Publish reproducible research with models and code.
• Mentor interns, PhD students, and junior researchers.
• Contribute to strategic partnerships, external visibility, and hirify.global’s long-term vision.

Requirements

• Recognized researcher in machine learning or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in competitive research environments.
• Excellent publication record in premier venues and key contributions to impactful projects.
• Experience mentoring researchers and leading a small team toward clear objectives.
• Hands-on experience with multi-GPU model training.
• Strong focus and dedication to research.
