Deployment Technician

Location: On-site in McKinney, Texas, United States; Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

What you will do

• Unbox, inventory, prepare, and deploy approximately 700 new credit card terminals.
• Track assets and update records in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate delivery and setup with store and warehouse personnel.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for power, connectivity, and device configuration issues.
• Support non-technical users and escalate unresolved technical issues.
• Move equipment across the warehouse and maintain accurate deployment records.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in McKinney, Texas, United States.
• At least one year of experience in IT support, deployment, or customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
• Basic hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to walk frequently, lift and move boxes and devices, and work in a warehouse environment.
