Senior Consultant in Data Science

Location: Hybrid role based in Antwerp, Belgium

What you will do

• Deliver client transformation projects involving business and IT analysis, modelling, digital transformation, and partial coding.
• Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative diagnosis.
• Design and implement constraint optimization solutions and simulation models.
• Apply algorithms to process large and unstructured datasets.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global’s data science offering and participate in business development initiatives.
• Progress toward team leadership and collaborate with colleagues across experience levels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, applied mathematics, IT, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Professional fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
• Strong interest in data science, AI-related topics, and sectors such as energy and finance.
• Analytical, rigorous, dynamic, results-oriented, and able to synthesize complex options into conclusions.
• Preparedness to participate in temporary assignments abroad; work permit sponsorship is not available.
