Lifecycle Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) (Customer Success and Renewals): Managing post-sale customer relationships, renewals, retention risks, service changes, and standard expansion opportunities with an accent on customer health, revenue retention, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on leading renewal execution, resolving escalations, coordinating service changes, and driving customer and revenue outcomes during U.S. business hours.

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; working hours are 2:00–10:30 p.m. or 3:00–11:30 p.m., aligned with U.S. business hours.

Salary: from €3,283 gross per month. An additional salary range of €39,400–€59,200 annually is also listed in the posting.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for operational and commercial matters.
  • Lead renewal planning and execution, including risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, proposals, and contract completion.
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, adoption, churn, and revenue retention.
  • Identify and execute standard upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate Pricing, Contracting, Billing, Service Delivery, GSE, Design, and Order Management teams.
  • Coordinate service moves, additions, changes, and disconnections while maintaining accurate account and pipeline data.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, renewals, client services, or relationship management.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, renewals, retention risks, proposals, service orders, and contract changes.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with customer-management systems and maintaining accurate account information.
  • Availability for evening working hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
