Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Coppell, United States, at the hirify.global headquarters.

What you will do

• Partner with executives to write and design investor, sales, and customer presentations.
• Build polished PowerPoint decks from the ground up and create visual narratives for executive audiences.
• Develop and evolve the hirify.global brand identity across campaigns, events, internal communications, and other surfaces.
• Design event experiences including booth graphics, signage, and on-site visual materials.
• Use AI tools to scale design output, improve iteration, and establish effective design workflows.
• Define AI design standards, coach other designers, and maintain quality and consistency across hirify.global’s assets.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-moving company or agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Strong PowerPoint design skills, including creating presentations without relying on templates.
• Professional experience using AI design tools and developing repeatable AI-enabled processes.
• Experience coaching designers and working directly with executives.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, event, and presentation design, along with strong typography, layout, writing, and visual hierarchy skills.
