Business Developer (IT): Driving business development, transformation initiatives, and IT Asset & Configuration Management within the CIO Office with an accent on strategy execution, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. What you will do
- Drive business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up.
- Translate strategic priorities and improvement opportunities into structured execution and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, innovation days, and cross-functional improvement activities.
- Create clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, dependencies, and priorities.
- Own and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to advance initiatives through influence rather than formal authority.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, transformation, project or initiative management, process improvement, IT, or a comparable area.
- Ability to create structure, prioritize effectively, and move multiple initiatives forward.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across different organizational areas.
- Strong written and spoken English required.
- Ability to work on-site in en or Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, ServiceNow, or CSDM.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, strategy execution, product-led transformation, facilitation, or innovation initiatives.
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern digital ways of working.
