What you will do

• Own and structure a Master’s thesis project in close dialogue with an academic supervisor and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Map selected Bid Management processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and support better decisions with AI.
• Evaluate AI methods and applications based on feasibility, business value, data requirements, risks, and responsible use.
• Develop and test practical AI concepts or ways of working with Bid Management colleagues where appropriate.
• Document findings, decisions, and lessons learned in a clear, process-oriented format.
• Deliver an AI playbook and recommendations for future Bid Management improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant Master’s degree in progress with a strong academic record.
• Understanding of how organizational business processes are designed, analyzed, and improved.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and applications, with the ability to translate technical possibilities into practical business value.
• Relevant experience from projects, studies, or work and the ability to apply structured methods to an open-ended challenge.
• Proactive, curious, communicative, collaborative, and comfortable applying critical thinking to evidence, limitations, and risks.
• Professional English skills in both speech and writing.

Nice to have

• A thesis proposal describing the intended outcomes, capabilities, and techniques, limited to 500 words or one A4 page.
