AI DevOps Trainee

What you will do

• Build and improve AI agents that autonomously perform DevOps activities.
• Develop knowledge stores for internal and external users.
• Maintain pipelines and platform infrastructure supporting data products and AI workloads.
• Integrate AI capabilities through REST APIs, MCP servers, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and support AI solutions in production.
• Assist with incident resolution and report progress through Jira and stand-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
• Solid knowledge of Python and software development best practices.
• Foundations in Linux or Unix, networking concepts, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Experience with FastAPI or frontend development.
