What you will do
- Coordinate daily onboarding activities and prioritize merchant cases in Salesforce.
- Lead complex merchant onboarding processes, including hierarchy setups, rollouts, migrations, and onboarding projects.
- Handle escalated merchant and sales inquiries requiring advanced payment and technical knowledge.
- Validate contract documentation and KYC/AML information while maintaining dual-control data principles.
- Improve work instructions, transfer knowledge, identify automation opportunities, and participate in escalation meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in customer onboarding, account management, or operations coordination, preferably in financial services or enterprise payments.
- Experience supporting team coordination, managing complex workflows, and guiding colleagues.
- Professional-level written and spoken English and required Polish language skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, payment systems, and enterprise software.
- Experience with data management, dual-control principles, KYC/AML compliance, migrations, rollouts, or cross-functional projects.
