Requirements

• Experience making complex trade-offs across business priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Strong business judgment, including understanding of economics, measurement, and long-term impact.
• Experience building scalable systems, standards, or ways of working.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority and operate in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
