Senior Integration Engineer (Java, Azure) m/f

Location: Hybrid role in Luxembourg, with approximately 60% onsite presence at the client site in Kirchberg and 40% remote working flexibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions across complex application landscapes.
• Develop REST APIs, SOAP web services, orchestration, transformation, routing, and protocol mediation services.
• Build and maintain Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and microservices-based integration components.
• Manage API lifecycles, configure integration platforms, and support platform modernization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to automate deployments.
• Monitor production platforms, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to technical standards and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software development and enterprise integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed architectures, enterprise integration patterns, databases, and data access technologies.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting integration solutions in production environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Management platforms.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, enterprise messaging, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions.
