DevOps System Administrator (Security Operations Team)

Location: Remote in Poland; hybrid office attendance is available but not required.

What you will do

• Manage and monitor AV/EDR and SIEM platforms, endpoint agents, and security configurations.
• Review email quarantines and investigate phishing, business email compromise, endpoint alerts, and other security incidents.
• Track CVEs and security advisories, assess impact, and support vulnerability management and infrastructure security assessments.
• Tune detection rules, reduce false positives, identify root causes, and document findings, processes, and runbooks.
• Automate security operations with PowerShell, Python, Bash, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards, and reports while integrating security and IT systems and supporting access and identity management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in system administration and/or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with AV/EDR and/or SIEM platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Understanding of vulnerability management, risk-based prioritization, cybersecurity best practices, and ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English are required for daily collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOAR, Logic Apps, workflow automation, or API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of Docker, macOS security, cloud identity platforms, directory services, threat intelligence, or OSINT.
• Experience in offensive security and penetration testing.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CRTM, OSEP, or eCPPT.
