DevOps Trainee

The DevOps Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real infrastructure and deployment processes, strengthen your technical expertise, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

Applications are open in Poland: candidates from Warsaw and Kraków attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Poland can join online.

What we offer:

• 5 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
• Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.
• A hands-on approach. You won’t just learn DevOps theory — you’ll apply it to practical infrastructure and deployment tasks.
• Exposure to the full software development lifecycle. Understand how development, testing, deployment, and operations work together to deliver software efficiently.
• Work with modern DevOps practices and tools. Learn about automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, containerization, and infrastructure management.
• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with relational databases and understanding of data replication principles.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices.
• Understanding of software development principles.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud providers, their capabilities, and advantages.
• Understanding of application containerization concepts.
• Strong motivation to develop a career in DevOps and IT.
