What you will do

• Drive growth in the construction and engineering industry through the applied use of hirify.global Industrial AI.
• Act as the industry domain expert and player coach during strategic sales pursuits.
• Shape customer-specific go-to-market approaches using embedded AI, digital coworkers, and accelerated AI solutions.
• Prepare sales teams for customer workshops and engage with executive decision-makers and end-users.
• Coordinate sales, presales, R&D, and services teams around customer opportunities.
• Influence go-to-market and product strategies by communicating industry trends and customer needs.

Requirements

• Significant practical and management experience in enterprise software within the construction and engineering industry.
• Commercial solutioning experience, including envisioning, defining, scoping, and scaling offerings.
• Several years of hands-on technical experience and a strong understanding of relevant industry technologies and challenges.
• Leadership and management experience with the ability to demonstrate customer value in measurable business terms.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, commercial topics, and financial drivers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, United Kingdom.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
