What you will do

• Review inpatient clinical documentation, including histories and physicals, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Assess documentation for clinical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with patient encounters.
• Adjudicate ambiguous, conflicting, or inconsistent clinical information using medical judgment.
• Identify and categorize clinically significant errors, omissions, and discrepancies by severity.
• Apply structured review rubrics and provide concise written explanations for review decisions.
• Contribute to documentation review guidelines and quality standards for AI system training and evaluation.

Requirements

• Based in the United States and appropriately licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
• Active MD degree.
• Hands-on clinical experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Broad knowledge of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and patient management across age groups.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical guidelines and standards of care.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical assessment abilities.
