Senior GenAI Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office

What you will do

• Develop and enhance multilingual generative AI products, including the DeeperDive RAG-based answer engine.
• Own the algorithmic lifecycle across data analytics, offline and online LLM evaluation, generative content quality, guardrails, tool use, router calls, and retrieval with NER.
• Improve personalized monetization flows, recommendations, user questions, and personalized advertising.
• Work with on-premises LLMs, external providers, and state-of-the-art technologies.
• Analyze large and diverse datasets and develop machine learning, NLP, and statistical models for complex problems.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python, SQL, and Spark skills.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and evaluating GenAI workflows, including Agentic RAG, tool-call evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, RLHF, and LLM fine-tuning.
• At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, visualization, traditional machine learning algorithms, and NLP models.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Hybrid work in the Tel Aviv office, with 3 days per week in-office.

Nice to have

• Java or Scala experience.
• Mentoring and public-speaking skills, with interest in research papers, technical documentation, and conference knowledge-sharing.
