ERP Systems Manager (Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day management of the ERP platform and supporting applications.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and business process improvements.
• Work with department leaders to identify operational challenges and recommend technology solutions.
• Coordinate external consultancies, software vendors, and technology partners on projects and support services.
• Monitor application performance, system reliability, user adoption, and incident resolution.
• Contribute to digital transformation programmes and establish best practices for business systems and data management.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or managing Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, or another ERP solution.
• Strong understanding of ERP support for finance, operations, and supply chain functions.
• Previous experience in ERP ownership, applications management, or systems leadership.
• Experience managing external technology partners and software suppliers.
• Experience delivering application changes, system upgrades, or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
